Gordon: What tips what you give to people trying to set up schools in multiple locations?

Tom: The first thing is to be really crystal clear on your purpose and the systems will build around that. Systemise as much as you can and welcome technology. Try to find out what your people, your customers want and serve them, when you achieve that you will grow.
